Starting Tuesday, Waterloo Street between Hill and South streets will be closed for private utility repairs.
A detour has been established. Northbound traffic will be directed from South Street to Colborne Street to Hill Street, while southbound traffic will go from Hill Street to Colborne Street.
City officials anticipate the road will remain closed until about 5 p.m. on February 27.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
