The London Majors beat the Toronto Maple Leafs 7-5 on Friday to take a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven semi-final series.
London pitcher Oscar Perez struck out nine, and allowed five runs on 13 hits with a walk.
At the plate, Cleveland Brownlee led the Majors with a single, a double and three RBI. Carlos Arteaga singled and drove in two, LeJon Baker had an RBI and run, Chris McQueen had two hits and a run, and Keith Kandel singled and doubled.
The Majors will look to wrap up the series in Game 6 on Saturday at 7:30pm in Toronto. The winner of the series will face defending champions the Barrie Baycats in the final.
