The Essex 73's hammered the Petrolia Flyers 6-1 on Thursday.
Tyler Scott led Essex with two goals, while Matt Zelko, Adam Gaiarin, Eric Shaw and Luke Gecse each scored one.
The 73's are in Blenheim on Sunday to take on the Blades at 7pm.

And in the GOJHL, the London Nationals edged the Sarnia Legionnaires 4-3.
Richard Whittaker scored twice for London. Brenden Trottier and Jaimen Allison each scored once.
The Nationals are at home against the LaSalle Vipers on Saturday at 3:30pm.
