The London Nationals hammered the Strathroy Rockets 8-1 in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series on Wednesday.
Brandon Glover led London with two goals, while Jordan Di Cicco, Riley MacRae, Kyle Dawson, Austin Jeffers, Mathew Shuckett and Cohen Kiteley all scored once.
The two teams face off in Game 2 on Saturday at 7:30pm.

The Lakeshore Canadiens topped Mooretown 4-1 to sweep the Flags in Game 4 of the best-of-seven series.
Hunter Bailey, Ameen Fadel, Kristian Filipovski and Kyle Brothers each scored a goal for Lakeshore.
The Canadiens will now move on to face the Essex 73's in the West Conference Semifinals.
