The London Nationals were defeated the Waterloo Siskins 5-3 in Game 5 in London on Saturday.
The Siskins started off the game with a goal from Jeff Schrattner at 8: 29 into the first period. Christian Polillo answered back with a goal at 15:05 for London, tying up the game. Kyle Dawson broke the tie, putting London in the lead with a goal at 16:20.
In the second period, the Siskins' Alec Tiley scored on a power play and tied up the game at 5:59. The Nationals' James Turner put London in the lead by one when he scored 7:35.
The third period was a good one for Waterloo as Tyler Dam scored at 7:21, Christian Taylor scored on a power play and Sam Spaedt scored on an empty net.
London goaltender Zachary Springer saved 27 out of 31 shots on net.
Game 6 is Sunday in Waterloo. Puck drops at 1:30 p.m.
