Members of several local Family Health Teams will meet tomorrow in Belgrave with a former Health Minister.
Current Progressive Conservative Interim Leader Jim Wilson will be the guest at the roundtable discussion. It's hosted by Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson.
The discussion will centre around the increasing challenges that Family Health Teams face. Topics listed include the current funding agreements; the lack of pay equity affecting the recruitment and retention of staff; and the lack of standardization in data management.
The roundtable is scheduled to start at 10:00 tomorrow morning at the Belgrave Community Centre.
