A charge of careless driving has been laid against a Stratford man following a crash this morning east of St. Marys.
Perth County OPP officers were called to the scene on Hwy. 7 north of Line 15 just before six this morning.
Police say the driver of a car southbound on Hwy. 7 pulled out to pass a transport truck, lost control of his car and collided head-on with a northbound Hummer.
The driver of the Hummer was not injured.
The 26-year-old driver of the car sustained minor injuries and was transported to local hospital and has been charged with careless driving.
