A wind and sleet storm that blew through last evening knocked down tree branches and hydro lines.
Power remains off in Parts of Perth County and in Allenford this morning.
There are still an estimated 800 homes and farms without power this morning in one large section of southern Perth County, and the power may not be restored until 12:30 this afternoon.
Power in Allenford should be fixed by 2pm.
Due to power outages at North Easthope and Sprucedale Public Schools, there was a 2 hour bus delay.
Meanwhile, Perth Line 37 between Road 109 and Road 110 is closed due to a pole fire.
Hydro Crews are on scene.Thousands of customers lost their power last evening - some for just a few minutes - some for a few hours.
