The weather agency says fog is beginning to form in areas adjacent to Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. It is expected to expand throughout the night but it should lift fairly early Friday morning.
If travelling, be prepared for areas of near zero visibility.
The advisory if in effect for Bruce, Grey, Huron, Perth and Wellington counties.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
