The man accused of killing Don Frigo at Hullet Wildlife Area near Clinton made a brief video appearance in Goderich court.
70-year-old Boris Panovski is charged with first degree murder and attempted murder in the shooting near Clinton September 13, 2014 that left Frigo dead an his wife injured.
Panovski has been transferred to Maplehurst Correctional Complex in Milton. Panovski's judicial pre-trial heairng started April 15 and will continue until May 15.
No date was set for a preliminary hearing. His next video appearance is Thursday, May 7 at 10am.
