Bluewater council is getting closer to choosing sites for its dog parks.
Mayor Tyler Hessel explains they're looking at four potential sites at this point, including the Jane St. site, but they're asking staff to prioritize those selections and bring one more report back to council.
Hessel adds at this point it's difficult to say when they'll be ready to announce a decision.
"At this point, we're gonna wait for that final recommendation and we're also going to go back to those community groups that originally showed interest, whether they were for the dog park or not, to make sure they have their chance to give their pros and cons," he says.
