Healthkick Huron is presenting a Career Connections workshop in July for people considering a career in healthcare.
Assistant Team Lead Jenny Van Dorp explains the event is not limited to secondary students but also includes post-secondary students who might already be taking courses in healthcare but want to get a better look at the options available.
She adds it's also open to young people who are considering a career in healthcare but haven't made up their mind yet.
Van Dorp says they'll have representatives from a wide range of healthcare fields explaining what they do and it will also give students a chance to connect with healthcare providers.
The event takes place on July 11th at the Huron East Health Centre and registrations are being accepted now Healthkick Huron in Seaforth.
