Perth OPP have charged the 54-year-old with sexual assault on a person under the age of 16, and sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age.
Police arrested the man on Thursday.
He will answer to the charges in a Stratford courtroom on July 20.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
