September proved to be yet another record-setting month for realtors across the southern Georgian Bay area.
The president of the Southern Georgian Bay Association of Realtors reports that agents from its member offices sold 336 homes and other properties in its combined regions last month. That's an increase of almost 12 percent over September of last year.
Kevin Woolham also points out that home sales for the first nine months of this year are running about 11 percent ahead of the first nine months of 2014.
SGBAR covers towns and communities from Midland to Elmvale in the east, and Wasaga Beach to Meaford in the west.
Woolham called last month’s sales total for the Western District “the highest level of any September on record.”
