Realtors across southern Georgian Bay set another record last month when they sold more than 300 homes and other properties.
The president of the Southern Georgian Bay Association of Realtors, Kevin Woolham, reports that during October, realtors belonging to his organization sold more than 316 homes and other properties.
That region consists of seven municipalities: Wasaga Beach, Colling-wood, Clearview, Mulmur, The Blue Mountains, Grey Highlands and Meaford.
The average price of a home ranges from $308,000 in Meaford to $609,000 in The Blue Mountains.
