Bradley Strader of Walkerton was one of six people in a 2015 Chevy Tahoe that crashed along Durham St. E during the early hours of Saturday October 24. The 20-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jonathon Leverenz, 21, has been charged with dangerous driving, dangerous driving causing bodily harm and dangerous driving causing death.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
