Seven midwestern Ontario communities have received final payments from the province's Ice Storm Assistance Program.
The ice storm hit the region in December 2013.
In 2014, the province announced that it would reimburse 100 per cent of eligible disaster response and recovery costs through the program.
The following municipalities received money:
- Huron East - $11,000
- Mapleton - $23,009
- Minto - $70,917
- North Perth - $87,760
- Stratford - $11,366
- Wellington North - $6,237
- West Perth - $18,410
- Erin - $441,571
