The West Grey Police Service says the crash occurred on Saturday on Grey Rd. 3 at Concession 18.
Police say the roadway will remain closed for an unknown amount of time while officers conduct an investigation at the scene.
No other information is available at this time.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
