The Warden of Wellington County has been recognized for his efforts in economic development in the municipality.
Warden George Bridge this month was chosen as the 2015 Community Influencer of the Year by the Economic Development Council of Ontario (EDCO). It is the first time this Award has been presented by EDCO.
Warden Bridge says he's "overwhelmed by the honour," and he is dedicated to continuing to develop the economic landscape in Wellington County for years to come.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
