All power has been restored to Hydro One customers in the Listowel area following an outage.
The company says hydro workers were doing maintenance on some lines and transformers, and just over 1,500 customers in Milverton, Perth East, Ellice and North Perth were without power.
The outages started just after 3pm, and all power was restored around 4:20pm
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
