Emergency personnel were called to a welding shop on Arthur St. around 8am Monday. Both were transported to hospital in Stratford.
One of the men was expected to be airlifted to another hospital for treatment.
The Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
