Hundreds of kids will raise money this Friday in Owen Sound to help families affected by cancer.
It's the fifth annual Inside Ride at O-S-C-V-I.
Teams from the high school and area elementary schools ride stationary bikes and have donations pledged.
It's being organized by an Owen Sound area family whose son died of cancer.
Brendan Rourke was an O-S-C-V-I student who passed away in 2012 at the age of 19.
His father Neal says the kids really get into the event.
"We refer to it as controlled chaos. It's a very high energy event that takes place over a one hour period where each of the six riders per team ride their bikes," says Rourke.
Money raised goes to Childcan, an Ontario organization that provides financial and emotional support to the families of children with cancer.
