Rural Response for Healthy Children is working with the owners of the Wingham Laundromat to help people balance their budget while they do their laundry this week.
Rural Response Budget Buddies program Co-ordinator Gwen Richardson explains this Wednesday afternoon, April 13th, from 1:00 to 4:00 there won't be any charge to use the laundromat facilities on the main street of Wingham.
Richardson will be there with Budget Buddy coaches to help people who are having problems managing their finances.
Richardson adds the program is aimed at people who might have difficulty finding money for laundry at the end of the month and also have challenges with their budget.
They are hoping to be able to expand the program to laundromats in other towns but Richardson says they haven't worked out any details yet.
