OHL Names Regular Season Award Nominees

Listowel native and Kingston Frontenacs defencemen Roland McKeown was one of the nominees for the OHL's Most Outstanding Player of the Year. He was also nominated in the Defenceman of the Year category.

Two members of the Owen Sound Attack were included in the nominees for the OHL's regular season awards.

Captain Santino Centorame, was named Owen Sound's nominee for the Red Tilson Award for Most Outstanding Player. Centorame had 14 goals and 27 assists and finished 15th in scoring by blueliners.

Netminder Michael McNiven was nominated for the league's Goaltender of the Year award. McNiven had a record of 21-18-7-3 through 53 games with a save percentage of .902.

Other nominees in the category are Mackenzie Blackwood of the Barrie Colts, Alex Nedeljkovic of the Niagara Ice Dogs, the London Knights Tyler Parsons, North Bay's Jake Smith and Devin Williams from the Erie Otters.
