The Executive Director of the Ontario Plowmens Association says the volunteer team for this year's IPM in Wellington County are anxious to strut their stuff in September.
Cathy Lasby says they're excited about some of the new things they have for this year's event; including a new event centre where they'll host the RCMP Musical Ride.
Lasby points out it's tremendous amount of work as they get closer to September but the excitement builds every day.
She also believes working on the Match creates a sense of community and relationships that last for years after the Match is over.
The 2016 International Plowing Match will be held in Minto in Wellington County from September 20th to the 24th.
