The Scarborough Force upset the defending Champion Hill United Chiefs with a 6-1 victory in the final to win the Cephas Roth Memorial Fast Pitch Championship in Tavistock.
The Force's Jorge Lima was named MVP of the tournament. He was the leading hitter connecting 11 times during 16 at bats including three homeruns and 7 RBI's.
Scarborough's Juan Potolicchio was the top pitcher of the tournament going 4-0 with a 0.40 ERA.
