A two-day search by two police forces and Canadian Armed Forces teams for a missing 19-year old soldier in the Owen Sound area has turned up nothing.
The search will continue on Wednesday.
It all started when Andrew Fitzgerald was reported missing after last seen at an Owen Sound gas station early Saturday morning.
Investigators do not have much to go on as Fitzgerald was walking at the time of his disappearance. He had no access to a car and there is no way to tell where his final destination was at that point in time.
Teams are searching land and water using canine units, a helicopter and an underwater rescue unit.
Family members of Fitzgerald, who originally hails from Nova Scotia, haven't heard from him either.
The 19-year old had been involved in basic infantry training at the base in Meaford.
