Bruce Power Bus Tours To Continue

Bruce Power's summer bus tours attracted over 3,000 participants, prompting plans to continue pre-arranged tours all year long.

Vice President of Corporate Affairs James Scongack says they will host groups such as service clubs, municipal groups and senior high school classes. He says the free tours are an excellent way to engage the public and the community.

Over 2,000 people stopped in to the Bruce Power Visitors' Centre in the past two months.

The Visitors' Centre is open Monday to Saturday in the summer, except for statutory holidays.

“The Visitors’ Centre provides a unique opportunity for the public to learn more about Bruce Power’s multi-year investment plan and future role in Ontario’s electricity system,” says Scongack. “It also provides an avenue for the public to provide important feedback.”
