A Grey Highlands home was destroyed by fire over the holidays.
Grey County OPP say a structure fire was reported on Grey Rd. 31 near Road 67B at about 8:30pm on December 28. An 89-year-old man was able to escape and call 911 from a neighbour's home. He was the only occupant.
Grey County OPP, Clearview Township firefighters, and local paramedics attended the scene.
The two storey board and batten home was totally engulfed and destroyed by the fire.
No one was hurt fighting the fire and it is not considered suspicious.
