Cordell James scored and had two assists in the win. Kevin Hancock scored twice on the power play for Owen Sound. The Attack were 3 for 6 with the man advantage.
Centorame's goal midway through the third stood as the game winner.
Rangers were led by Connor Bunnaman who had a pair of goals and Adam Mascherin with a goal and an assist.
Michael McNiven stopped 20 shots to earn the win. Luke Opilka made 18 saves for Kitchener.
The win comes a day after the Attack's 15 game win streak ended when the London Knight won 7-6 in a shoot out. The Attack have a chance at revenge on Friday when they pay a visit to Budweiser Gardens.
London is in second place in the Midwest Division standings after a loss to Erie. Both the Otters and Knights have 71 points. The Attack are in third with 66 points.

Tyler Parsons turned aside all 37 shots he faced as the London Knights blanked Oshawa 4-0.
Mitchell Stephens had a pair of goals for the Knights. JJ Piccinich picked up two points with two assists in the win.
Even Bouchard and Janne Kuokkanen also scored for London.
