However, the area Realtors Association reports the 104 transactions were down about 13% over the same month last year.
The average price of a home sold in January was over $254,000. which is a 7.6% increase over last year.
The 223 new listings last month, represented a slight decrease from January 2016, as supply struggles to keep up with strong demand.
That means historically tight market conditions with the number of active listings down 32% over last year.
