The game winner came on the power play at 6:35 of the third period. Bruce was assisted by Andrew McIntyre.
Jonathan Reinhart earned the shut out with 36 saves. Daniel Chenard stopped 31 shots for the Corvairs.
Game 3 is tomorrow night in Caledonia.
