On Wednesday at 12pm, police, local firefighters and EMS responded to reports of an elderly man falling off a chartered fishing vessel. He was located and pronounced dead at the scene.
The man is a 70-year-old Hamilton resident.
A post mortem is being done to determine cause of death.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
