The Canadian Mental Health Association Grey Bruce expects about 300 people to come out to Kelso Beach Park in Owen Sound Sunday morning for the fourth annual Ride Don't Hide Event.
Registration and race times vary with riders able to choose routes ranging from a kid friendly family ride in the park, to a 100 km challenge.
Spokesperson April Robinson says the event is held in an effort to bring the mental health conversation out of the shadows.
"It's an opportunity for us to break the stigma, and welcome an inclusive community of hope and empowerment for mental health," she says.
Similar rides are being held right across the country with 10,000 cyclists expected to raise $1.75-million.
In Grey Bruce, the ride is expected to raise over $50,000.
