Kincardine, Huron Kinloss and Arran Elderslie residents are being asked to confirm their home heating requirements.
EPCOR is launching a survey this week by Innovative Research Group to build on a past survey done in 2014. EPCOR wants to hear from residents so they can put together potential conversion cost estimates.
Southern Bruce residents can also meet with EPCOR staff to discuss their personal energy requirements, costs and possible conversion to natural gas.
EPCOR’s Customer Care Centre opened June 23 at 735 Queen St. in Kincardine.
The municipalities of Kincardine, Arran-Elderslie and Huron-Kinloss selected EPCOR as their preferred natural gas provider following a competitive RFP process in 2015, and entered into a franchise agreement with EPCOR in 2016 to build and operate a natural gas delivery system in their communities.
The project is currently being reviewed by the Ontario Energy Board (OEB).
