The Minto Fire Department responded to a school bus fire on Webb St. around 8pm on June 30.
The fire caused more than $30,000 in damages to the bus.
On Monday morning, police announced they concluded their investigation and a youth is now facing an arson charge.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
