Police have closed Perth Rd. 152 near Listowel following a single-vehicle collision.
The Ontario Provincial Police say the vehicle had struck a hydro pole on Tuesday just after 2pm.
ORNGE air ambulance has attended the scene.
Perth Rd. 152 between Line 88 and Line 89 has been closed while first responders are at the scene. The closure is expected to cause delays and drivers should plan accordingly.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
