Dwayne Evans will take on the role as Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy Clerk starting September 5th.
Evans holds Masters Degrees in Geography and Public Administration and has worked with both the Province of Ontario and the County of Huron as a professional land use planner.
He is currently the Clerk and Planning Coordinator for the Town of Goderich.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
