A Wiarton man faces a couple of charges after police were given the heads up about a disturbance at a Frank St. home late Tuesday afternoon.
Bruce Peninsula OPP soon found out that a 50-year old man was shooting towards the waters of Georgian Bay.
Officers arrived at the property, spoke with the man over the phone then took him into custody.
They also seized two firearms.
The man, who police did not identify, has been charged with possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose and unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm.
