Police reported the two-vehicle crash at around 6:30am and blocked off Perth Line 86 between Perth roads 131 and 146. Perth Rd. 140 was also closed between Lines 84 and 87.
The roads were reopened around 9am.
Police have not released any further details.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
