BlackburnNews.com photoPolice have identified a man killed in a collision in West Perth earlier this month.
The OPP say 87-year-old Cornelis Hirdes of Bosanquet Township was killed in the crash on September 8.
OPP say a Grand Cherokee SUV entered the intersection at Perth Rd. 164 and Perth Line 20 and was struck by a tractor trailer.
There were no charges.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
