Kitchener scored twice on the power play to beat Guelph 3-1 in the GOJHL.
The Dutchmen were led by Ben Morris and Auston Gaboury with a goal and an assist each. Chris Taylor also scored for the Dutchmen.
Anthony Mota got the Hurricanes only goal of the game at 15:28 of the third.
Riley Daniels earned the win with 24 saves. Jet Greaves stopped 35 shots for the Hurricanes.
It's the just the second win this season for the Dutchmen who are in seventh place in the Midwestern Conference with just 5 points. The Hurricanes are in second place with 11 points, on point back of the conference leading Listowel Cyclones.
