Police are looking for two suspects after a loss prevention officer was stabbed at a Walmart in Hanover.
The Hanover Police Service says on Friday around 4:10pm, the loss prevention officer attempted to arrest a male and female suspect for shoplifting at the store. However, the male suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the officer.
The two suspects then fled and were seen leaving the Walmart in a dark coloured vehicle.
The loss prevention officer was taken to hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries before being released.
