GOJHL Wrap-up: Team Effort Gives Cyclones the Win

Listowel 6 Brampton 1

Six different Cyclones players scored in Listowel's 6-1 win over Brampton.

Max Coyle set up two of the Cyclones goals. Tommy Hoogars, Holdyn Lansink and Chayse Herrfort all scored and had an assist in the win.

Evan Reinhart made 27 saves for Listowel. Joshua Eisfeld stopped 32 shots for the Bombers.

The Cyclones were 3-5 on the power play.

Kitchener 3 Waterloo 1

The Kitchener Dutchmen rallied from a one goal deficit after the first period to beat Waterloo 3-1.

Kole Scott put the Dutchmen on the board at 12:14 of the second period. Chris Taylor scored the eventual game winner at 5:31 of the third and Jeff Schrattner added insurance on an empty Siskins' net with just 10 seconds left in regulation.

Ben Morris had two assists for the Dutchmen.

Matthew Chan earned the win with 34 saves.

Stratford 4 Elmira 2

Kaleb Pearson struck twice including the game winner and set up another to give the Stratford Warriors a 4-2 win over Elmira.

Ryan Nicholson scored and had an assist in the win and Kameron Shearer had a pair of assists.

The Sugar Kings were led by Jeremey Goodwin with a pair of goals.

Ruan Badenhorst stopped 27 shots for Stratford. Tyler Mazzocato made 28 saves on 32 shots for the Sugar Kings.
