Bruce Peninsula OPP say would-be criminals should be warned that it is difficult to escape the long arm and fast feet of the law. An accused break and enter suspect recently ran from the scene of a crime on foot but was chased down and caught by two officers known for their dedication to physical fitness. The man was quickly arrested and is facing charges. Both officers recently completed triathlons, with one officer finishing an ironman competition of 226 km with a personal best. His partner completed his first 50 km Sprint Class third in his age category.
