Police pulled over a vehicle Friday afternoon on George St. S in Harriston. A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of the driver and a passenger.
A 53-year-old woman from North York and a 27-year-old man from Toronto have both been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking meth. The woman was also charged with nine counts of unauthorized possession of a credit card
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
