Listowel's Corey Conners was able to turn things around at the Wells Fargo Championship and make the cut, finishing the tournament with a 1-over 72 and tied for 42nd.
The 26-year-old was in danger of not making the cut after Thursday's round, opening with a 4-over 75 and tied 114th. It's the 14th time the PGA Tour rookie has made the cut.
Conners recovered on Friday, shooting a 2-under 69. He did the same on Saturday and yesterday shot a 1-over 72.
Adam Hadwin was the low Canadian at 3-under 281 and tied for 16th.
Jason Day won the event with a final score of 12-under 272.
