A 7-year-old girl was rushed to hospital Tuesday evening after being hit by a motorcycle in the Municipality of Meaford.
The Ontario Provincial Police say just after 5pm, the girl was struck by the northbound motorcycle on Grey Rd. 29. in Bognor, after she ran onto the roadway.
The girl was treated in the Owen Sound Regional Health Centre and then airlifted to a London hospital with life threatening injuries.
A section of Grey Rd. 29 was closed for several hours while officers conducted an investigation.
