Perth County OPP says 81-year-old Eleanor Young of Stratford died following a collision Tuesday at the corner of Montreal St. and St. David's St.
Police and paramedics were called after a sedan and a large van collided at about 1:50pm and emergency workers rushed the victim to the hospital.
The ORNGE Air Ambulance was brought in to transfer the woman from a local hospital to the trauma centre in London.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
