Boris Panovski ushered in to Goderich court. (BlackburnNews.com file photo)Defence lawyer Christopher Hicks has filed a notice of appeal against the conviction of Boris Panovski.
Panovski was convicted of first-degree murder earlier this month in the shooting death of Don Frigo at the Hullett Conservation Area four years ago.
Following the verdict, Hicks had suggested an appeal was a possibility and notice of that appeal was received in Goderich on Monday. No dates are available a this time.
